My wife and I are Pastors of "The Solid Rock of Atlanta" church, located just inside the Perimeter at Spaghetti Junction. Recently Anthony Dickerson and his crews at Final Floors, did a masterful job of getting our church sanctuary stage addition carpeted in a timely manner in spite of time restraints. We were very glad that we chose Final Floors for our church project! Also, we have lived in our home in Cobb County for 35.5 years, and last week we once again contacted Anthony at Final Floors about removing several areas of carpet in our home, and replacing them with hardwood floors. Last Tuesday, Final Floors began this project and they finished today. Everyone did a wonderful job, and we are very glad that we also chose Final Floors for our home project too! ~ Van S

Final Floors came in and restored my floors from a water disaster. I needed the floors done asap and the other companies took a long time to provide me estimates. Anthony came in and provided a reasonable quote. I needed the floors installed immediately and they delivered over the weekend even though it was not a delivery day. Anthony keep me informed about the entire process and educated me on why certain floor material is better than others in certain situations. He was very knowledgeable of the different types of floors and helped guide me on the right floor for my house. His team came out and worked extra long to ensure that the floors were done in two days. ~ Jeff B

Final Floors came through for me when I was in a time crunch and on a tight budget. They got me quality carpet and finished/re-did my tile flooring that had been left abandoned by a contractor after a major catastrophe had occurred at my home. The guys were courteous, fair and professional. Anthony really went above and beyond keeping in touch and following up with me trying to find high quality materials at an affordable price to meet my budgetary needs. Where do I start??!!! Suprisingly, I found this company on Instagram and couldn't be happier with my choice! We recently purchased a home and had Final Floors remove ALL flooring and install 'weathered' Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout. They were able to get started within 2 days of me confirming. The demo/prep took about a day. The installation took about a week and looks AMAZING! My dad (who dabbles in carpentry) was thoroughly impressed by their work, which says a lot! So much so, my parents are getting their floors done starting tomorrow, two days after mine was completed! Everyone on the team did a great job, were respectful and willing to change anything I mentioned to ensure I was happy (WITHOUT QUESTION) . Anthony was great and worked through any concern, question I had. I don't write many reviews, but this company was well worth the time and effort! 😁😁 ~ J C

Anthony is amazing! He helped us through the process of a full two story flooring remodel with stairs included. We had some flooring manufacturer delays that were unavoidable, but Anthony and his crew were always on top of things. Always friendly, courteous, professional and concerned about satisfaction. Mario, Javier and the whole crew were fantastic doing excellent work from start to finish! How do they work so quickly and provide such a wonderful end product? We love our floors! I used this company 3 years ago when I first moved to my home to refinish my hardwood floors. They did an excellent job and I knew that once it was in my budget to do upstairs flooring, I would call them. I did just that. I put hardwood floors in all my bedrooms and walk in closets and guys did a beautiful job again. I wanted them to smooth out a portion I saw on the floor and a little scratch that happened when they were moving furniture back and they quickly repaired everything to my satisfaction. I will now use final floors not only for myself, but also as a referral for all my clients who may need a similar, detailed experience. Anthony was so helpful throughout the whole process. I just bought my first home and was unsure if I wanted to refinish my hardwood floors, or replace them with a vinyl plank. He thoroughly explained the process of both, and I even decided to compare quotes with a few businesses because I’m a firm believer in doing your own due diligence but I ultimately ended up choosing to refinish them and stay with Final Floors because of their level of professionalism and they never made me feel like I was asking too much (I had a LOT of questions). I was so nervous because my floors looked awful before, completely scratched up, an awkward yellow color, floorboards looked like they were coming up in some parts of my home. Anthony and his team are incredible. They redid our entire home before we moved in at a price that was more than fair. They were the lowest bid we got by far. Our current floors are Brazilian red cherry and require a ton of expertise and special handling, and the team redid the floors perfectly. They even came out afterwards and fixed a few spots that had dried strangely. Most recently, they came in and spot corrected a few larger scratches that we’ve managed to incur throughout living here. On a Thursday at a luxury 7400sq ft home, extensive water damage from a roof leak left solid hardwoods under standing water for over 24 hours. We called Final Floors, and they picked up on the first ring. There were other estimates, but the timely attention to detail won our business. Final Floors did a complete removal of the sections of warped/damaged hardwoods. They then installed new flooring stained and finished to *match the existing*. Excellent, EXCELLENT job! I could not be more pleased. They were helpful in finding the best floor for my needs. Extremely professional! I was on a tight time frame and they understood and got the a large job done in one day. My floors are gorgeous. I will use them again next month for another job. Final Floors did an excellent job with our floors! We learned about this company from our daughter and the amazing job they did on her floors. We were NOT disappointed! They moved all of the furniture in our basement and completed demolishing in one day! The following day, they leveled the floor and installed all of the Luxury Vinyl Plank. Long overdue review.. Final Floors refinished my floors in June 2019. I was very happy with the services. Guys worked very hard to get things done fast but accurately, they worked with me on color choices (and I changed my mind several times) and Anthony went beyond what was expected to make sure I was happy with the final product while staying within agreed budget. Anthony helped me with a condo floor replacement in the Spire in Midtown. We had to deal with a complicated seller and my out of town buyer, but he helped make sure that all of the details came together to meet our deadline - all the while doing a beautiful job!
